3rd Party Assessment Data Integration Setup

Abre currently supports the following assessment integrations. Some integrations are automated with an export to your SFTP location defined during your onboarding, some are a direct integration with the third-party vendor, while others require a manual import.

Please refer to the following spreadsheet for the corresponding file templates.

Acadience (DIBELS Next) (Student Summary) - This is a manual import. We'll ask that you follow the template in the spreadsheet above and submit a new help desk ticket ([e-mail]) with the file.

AIMSWeb+ - This is a manual import. We'll ask that you follow the template in the spreadsheet above and submit a new help desk ticket ([e-mail]) with the file named Abre_AimsWeb_v1.0.csv.

CAASPP -This is a manual import. We'll ask that you follow the template in the spreadsheet above and submit a new help desk ticket with the file named Abre_CAASPP_v1.0.csv. 

CMAS - This is a manual import. We'll ask that you follow the template in the spreadsheet above and submit a new help desk ticket with the file named Abre_CMAS_v1.0.csv. 

CoAlt - This is a manual import. We'll ask that you follow the template in the spreadsheet above and submit a new help desk ticket with the file named Abre_CoAlt_v1.0.csv. 

CogAT Assessment - This is automated and can be dropped directly on the SFTP. Please follow the template and name the file Abre_Cogat_v1.0.txt. Once on the SFTP, please notify us via help desk with a new ticket ([e-mail]). 

ELPAC - This is a manual import. We'll ask that you follow the template in the spreadsheet above and submit a new help desk ticket with the file named Abre_ELPAC_v1.0.csv. 

i-Ready Assessment (Reading/Math) - This is automated and can be dropped directly on the SFTP. Please follow the template and name the file Abre_iReady_Math_v1.0.csv and/or Abre_iReady_ELA_v1.0.csv. Once on the SFTP, please notify us via help desk with a new ticket ([e-mail]). 

IEP Anywhere - This is a direct integration with SameGoal. For more information on how Abre integrates with SameGoal, click here.

Iowa Assessment - This is automated and can be dropped directly on the SFTP. Please follow the template and name the file Abre_Iowa_v1.0.txt. Once on the SFTP, please notify us via help desk with a new ticket ([e-mail]). 

IXL - This is a manual import. We'll ask that you follow the template in the spreadsheet above and submit a new help desk ticket with the file named Abre_IXL_v1.0.csv.

Keystone - This is automated and can be dropped directly on the SFTP. Please follow the template and name the file Abre_Keystone_v1.0.csv. Once on the SFTP, please notify us via help desk with a new ticket ([e-mail]). 

MAP - This is a direct integration with NWEA. For more information on how Abre integrates with NWEA, click here. 

mClass (DIBELS 8) - This is a manual import. We'll ask that you follow the template in the spreadsheet above and submit a new help desk ticket with the file named Abre_mClass_v1.0.csv. 

OELPA/OELPS  - This is a manual import. We'll ask that you follow the template in the spreadsheet above and submit a new help desk ticket ([e-mail]) with the file named Abre_OELPA_v1.0.csv.

Ohio State Test Subscores - This is a manual import. We'll ask that you follow the template in the spreadsheet above and submit a new help desk ticket ([e-mail]) with the file named Abre_OST_v1.0.csv.

Pre-ACT Data - This is a manual import. We'll ask that you follow the template in the spreadsheet above and submit a new help desk ticket with the file named Abre_PreACT_v1.0.csv. 

PSAT - This is a manual import. Please follow the template and name the file Abre_PSAT_v1.0.csv. Once on the SFTP, please notify us via help desk with a new ticket ([e-mail]). 

PSSA - This is automated and can be dropped directly on the SFTP. Please follow the template and name the file Abre_PSSA_v1.0.csv. Once on the SFTP, please notify us via help desk with a new ticket ([e-mail]). 

Renaissance Learning STAR - Renaissance Learning will send data files directly to Abre. To allow them to do this you just need to create a ticket with Renaissance ([e-mail]) and request to have your data shared with Abre. Please notify Abre via help desk with a new ticket ([e-mail]) when you have new scores to import. 

SAT - This is a manual import. Please follow the template and name the file Abre_SAT_v1.0.csv. Once on the SFTP, please notify us via help desk with a new ticket ([e-mail]). 

Terra Nova Complete Battery Assessment - This is automated and can be dropped directly on the SFTP. Please follow the template and name the Abre_TerraNova_v1.0.csv. Once on the SFTP, please notify us via help desk with a new ticket ([e-mail]). 

Terra Nova InView Assessment - This is automated and can be dropped directly on the SFTP. Please follow the template and name the file Abre_Inview_v1.0.csv. Once on the SFTP, please notify us via help desk with a new ticket ([e-mail]). 

WIDA - This is a manual import. We'll ask that you follow the template in the spreadsheet above and submit a new help desk ticket with the file named Abre_WIDA_v1.0.csv. 

Some assessment results as stored in School Information Systems (SIS) and can be included in the nightly sync to Abre. These include: 

• ACT - Abre_StudentACT.txt
• Ohio Graduation Test - Abre_StudentAssessments.txt
• Advanced Placement Test - Abre_StudentAP.txt
• KRA - Abre_KRA.txt
