A Partner Member is a role in Abre Partners that allows a partner (someone outside of the school) to manage programs, program administrators and volunteers, and (do a degree) students.
If your school or district manages a lot of partner programs, this role is incredibly helpful in managing all the volunteers.
This role can give anyone the ability to become a program administrator or volunteer. Depending on the program, those administrators and volunteers can see information that needs to conform to FERPA requirements. Schools will want to consider "who sees what" when adding a partner member.
Creating a Partner Member
To add a partner member, a user must have Partner App Administrative rights.
- Select the Partners App
- Select a Partner
- Select the Members Tab
- Add the Partner Member by clicking the Plus Icon
